“Sense and Sensitivity: Immerse yourself in a sensory world,” collaborative exhibition featuring Autistic artists Simon Philips (photography) and Dawn-Joy Leong (soundscapes). The exhibition ran from November 17 – December 15, 2021 at the John Curtin Gallery at Curtin University.

Curated by Dr. Suzanne Ingelbrecht, this collaboration, a groundbreaking showcase, which was the first-ever immersive exhibition at the gallery featuring mid-career artists who identify as Autistic, later won the 2022 Curtin Research Award for creative practice.
